Paddington Bear

Someone gave Max a Paddington Bear as a gift years ago, but it was too much of a "big boy" gift for him, so I tucked it away in his toy closet to save for later...and promptly forgot it.

Recently I unearthed it and let him have the delight of opening that little battered suitcase to find Paddington Bear tucked inside. Ever since he's be pretending to be the little lost bear from Deepest Darkest Peru, waiting at Paddington Station for someone to "Please take care of this bear. Thank you."

Here he is, pretending to be Paddington, dressed up in his blue Thomas the Train coat, a backwards fireman hat, and carrying a tiny jar of jelly in his little suitcase.

Total cuteness overload. Can't stand it, must hug him immediately.
